Yes customers receive a proof prior to their jobs being manufactured. We generally make allowances for a couple of alterations and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Lasercraft Fabrications ships Australia-wide. All overseas orders are costed out according to locality – please enquire before you make your booking.

We ship via Australia post mail and you receive your parcel item number at the time of postage.
Standard postage is $10 for small items (2-3 days delivery time from the time of postage). This postage is for items such as cake toppers, guest place cards, table numbers and laser cut names.
Express overnight postage is $15 (overnight to all major cities Australia wide). If you live in remote non-metro suburbs your delivery can take an extra day.

Please contact us prior to making an order if you require postage for large/heavy items such as all wall plaques, corporate/wedding signage and fabricated items. We can post/courier larger parcels if required.

Please ensure you factor postage time into your order as we cannot guarantee delivery time once it has left our manufacturing premises.

We accept PayPal and Direct Deposit.

Because we custom manufacture each item individually ourselves, delivery time vary from product to product. You will be advised of delivery times at the time of placing your orders.
